2/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus 1 table spoon to saute the zucchini
2 Cups Arugula
8-10 Grape or Cherry Tomotoes
1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/3 Cup Pine Nuts
4 Cloves Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
